I've bad experience with facial oil as they are very oily and sticky.

I headed down several weeks back and I was glad to be invited cos I personally was curious about this as it is just below my house. I often want to exercise after work, but the thought of travelling turns me off from keeping up with my fitness goals.

The trainers will do a fitness analysis each and every time you start and finish your workout.

They did the same for me too and my body fats are up to a 26%. *HIDES*

They did a simple body analysis using machines and let me know what the healthy weight that I can lose.

The circuit training makes you start clockwise around the gym in half an hour, doing the workouts with 5 mins at each station. Love how the music goes "Change Station" every 5 mins and everyone are in it together at different stations.

Love how comfortable I can be doing abs and stretching exercises on the mat w/o feeling awkward at all.  Cos the best thing that it's all females and not as packed as the other gyms, so you can practically feel like you're at home. 

The trainer matched my heart rate against the chart, and mine fails until the blue range, which my stamina has been bad forever.

I have been consuming it for 2 weeks, defintely not looking at substantial weight loss. However, I feel lighter and also less bloated overall.
